Christmassy themed event
Our client wanted a simple event for all their 50 staff on the 22nd December, as many people couldn’t make it to their evening Christmas do. A strong Christmas theme was needed for a relaxed celebratory occasion just after a company meeting. So we put together a festive cake menu and our seasonal syrups to complement our coffee and hot chocolate and Nicole was decorated with twinkly lights, our gingerbread bunting and festive props..
Bushmills mince pies, marzipan stollen, polar bear and reindeer cupcakes, clementine syrup (GF) cake, a vegan maple and parsnip cake, chocolate orange brownies, Christmas pudding tiffin, cinnamon and clove bread and butter pudding made up our christmassy themed cake menu.
Midland Lead (booked 5 times)
Our client wanted to celebrate a great quarterly result and nomination for a business award. We suggested a Halloween themed event as this is a great way to introduce a bit of fun during the autumn time.
Red velvet stab cake, eyeball cupcakes, vampire brownies, Halloween coloured rainbow cake, pumpkin pie and chocolate spider web cake were all on the menu.

We were invited to be part of a new Wimbledon Screening weekend event in lichfield city centre, put on by the Business Improvement District with deckchair seating for 400 people and a giant screen.
Of course, strawberries and cream scones were on the menu, along with our lawn tennis themed batten(burg)ball cake and tennis ball lime cupcakes, served on a vintage tennis racket! A rose and pistachio cake and malteser tiffin made an appearance also.

festival away day (dessert catering)
We were asked by event organiser Jayne's events to put on a spread of desserts at a big festival themed away day on behalf of Legal and General at Bruntingthorpe with a number of street food vendors invited to provide the catering.
We came up with a menu of five desserts for this occasion: salted caramel cheesecake, greek honey and apricot cake with clotted cream, individual raspberry pavlovas, bourbon and chocolate tart, and of course, Tarte au Citroen!
