With or without our classic van, our drinks menu includes a full range of barista prepared coffees using locally roasted beans from Iron and Fire, speciality loose leaf teas from Lichfield Tea Company and hot chocolate made from big blobs of real chocolate, plus a selection of posh cordials, home-made cola and lemonade.
A lot of time and effort has gone into getting a great set up together to make the best coffee wherever we end up! We use organic Rainforest Alliance certified coffee beans originating from groups of small holders primarily based within the Huila region in the South West of Colombia. These are imported and roasted by local roaster and all-round coffee genius Kev of Iron and Fire.
Our manually operated 2 group Fracino dual fuel espresso machine is a really great machine for extracting the optimum shot of espresso for our trained baristas to make the full repertoire of coffees.
Our luxury tea
We get our tea from The Lichfield Tea Company, a great local producer of a vast variety of different tea blends. It is all supplied to us as loose leaf tea, which we bag up in individual little tea bags. We generally carry English breakfast, peppermint, chamomile, Earl Grey, lemon sencha (green), orange pekoe (decaf) and Grandma's Garden (fruity and floral).
Our hot chocolate
We're very proud of our hot chocolate. It consists of a solid 40g blob of chocolate on a wooden spoon, which we make ourselves for you to stir into your hot milk. In case that’s not enough of a treat, we have a range of toppings from cream and marshmallows to full unicorn. A decadent and luxury treat for a special occasion!
